NSRF consultant - reliable partner for case file submission

The NSRF (National Strategic Reference Framework) 2007–2013 constitutes the reference document for the programming of European Union Funds at national level for the 2007–2013 period. It was elaborated within the framework of the new strategic approach to the Cohesion Policy of the European Union, according to which NSRF “…ensures that the assistance from the Funds is consistent with the Community strategic guidelines on cohesion and identifies the link between Community priorities, on the one hand, and the national reform programme, on the other.”

In the last 20 years, the various subsidy programs and especially the NSRF, have evolved into a valuable tool for many companies, but also a very important aid in starting many activities and new businesses, in almost all sectors of the economy.

The main inhibiting factor once again remains the state itself, which instead of making the impossible possible and especially now in the years of crisis to give incentives and real help, especially to new but also to active-healthy businesses, "manages" not to absorbs the funds, is not particularly interested in the small and medium-sized, the young, the unemployed, the graduate and in essence is a brake on development, which all without exception the governments proclaim, ardently desire, proclaim it and in the end everything is left on the shelves or even worse in words.

But apart from the state, there is unfortunately another very basic factor, which also acts as a brake for NSRF subsidies or not.

This factor is the various advisers, indeed of all specialties, who are expected to submit files. And I put a full stop because many of them simply stop with the submission of the file, after of course the corresponding fee, which very often ranges at high levels, without the corresponding response. By saying the corresponding countermeasure, we basically mean that they remain at the submission of the file and that's it. But is that the point? Definitely no. Because what is required, apart from the correct and complete submission of the file, is especially if the submission is successful, the subsequent monitoring and compliance with the rules required. It is now known how many people look for these "advisors" the next day and cannot find them because they have simply disappeared along with the money they have paid.

These are also the key points that have led many over the years, instead of seeking the subsidy, to listen to NSRF and change the pavement. Which is really a shame, because many, especially young people, could be helped through the NSRF to make entrepreneurship in Greece at a higher and more serious level.

These two reasons have led many to the door of accountants. Until three years ago, because in my purely personal and humble opinion, I believe that this particular subject requires knowledge and expertise but also hunting, because you simply cannot play with other people's money and their hope, and of course seeing them various shrewds to file and disappear, for better or for worse we didn't dare to deal with or work with someone, no matter how good he looked or was, unless we knew him well enough to trust him and recommend him to our customers.

However, three years on and after the landscape has become clear enough, we believe that we have found the right partner and, above all, knowledgeable about the subject, who can implement your proposal, from the submission and monitoring of the file based on the applicable standards , which is the most basic and demanding, to the final design, the documentation of the envelope and the finalization-completion.
